To reserve a motorhome, you can do so by calling our facilities on 942 819 918, or by emailing us at rent@caravaningcantabria.es, or online via Mc-Rent.co.uk. A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount (minimum €300) must be paid when the booking is confirmed. In addition, the hirer and drivers must present their driving licence and valid passport/national identity card.
You must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least two years.
You can travel to all European Union countries, other countries on request.
Up to two drivers can be included in the rental contract.

Yes, a deposit of €750 is required on the day of collection of the vehicle, by credit card.
The day after the return, after checking the motorhome and verifying that it has been returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, the deposit will then be refunded to the same card with which the payment was made at the time. Otherwise, the amount will be retained until a full damage assessment or other conditions are obtained.
They have comprehensive insurance with an excess of €750 per claim.
Only a class B driving licence is required, as all our motorhomes for hire do not exceed 3500 kg of gross vehicle weight (GVW).
You can choose to pick up in the morning from 9:00 to 12:00 or in the afternoon from 15:00 to 18:00. Both pick-up and drop-off must be in the same time slot chosen.
Yes, we have an airport transfer service available. It costs €68 each way. We adjust the pick-up and drop-off to your arrival and departure times whenever possible. Other locations may be possible on request.
Pets may be brought along provided that we have given our express authorisation.
If it is returned before the contracted rental period has expired, the full agreed price must be paid.
Mileage is unlimited for rentals of more than 5 days.
We will explain how the motorhome works on the day of pick-up. Please note that this usually takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
Yes, we have an outdoor parking area where you can leave your vehicle. Moreover, this service is completely free of charge.
On the day the motorhome is delivered, a full explanation of how it works is given. However, if during the trip you have any doubts about the operation of any element of the motorhome, you will have the telephone number of several people who will be able to help you, even if we are not in working hours.
